PURCHASE AND TERMS OF PURCHASE

When an order is placed, the purchase agreement is only completed when Pulka Panorama AB has confirmed the order via an order confirmation. An order confirmation is automatically sent from our database without a physical person's review, in the event of any inaccuracies regarding, for example, price, delivery time, etc., we reserve the right to correct this afterwards.

If you are under 18 years of age, a guardian's permission is required to order.

Pulka Panorama AB has ownership and right of repossession for all goods until full payment has been made from the customer via one of our various payment options.

We reserve the right for possible printing and typographical errors.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Each item is listed with a price including 25% VAT and in Swedish kronor. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including VAT, shipping and payment with any fees depending on the selected payment method.

REFUNDS

Klarna handles all refunds for any returns. After an approved return, you will be contacted via e-mail where you will receive your refund via a few simple steps.

DELIVERIES AND SHIPPING TERMS

All orders over SEK 2500 that do not contain products that require special transport are free of charge. Should an item require special transport, this is clearly stated in the product description. Delivery time for goods in stock in our store is between 1-4 working days. Goods that are stored in our external warehouses have a delivery time of 3-8 working days. Ordered goods have a delivery time of 1-5 weeks unless otherwise stated.

It is clear on all products what the estimated delivery time of the product is and it is clear when delivery of the product is planned, you will also receive the planned delivery time in your order confirmation.

If any of our suppliers cannot fulfill their commitment and the promised date for the product's delivery and a delay occurs, this is always notified via e-mail. We will always do everything we can to complete your order, but there may be times when we cannot possibly carry out the promised delivery if a product is discontinued or the delivery date is moved forward or similar. In the event of delivery delays, you always have the right to cancel your purchase.

Orders are sent via Posten, Schenker or Bussgods, depending on where you are and the size of the item. It is important that you fill in the correct mobile number when placing your order, as your shipment will be notified via SMS as soon as it is at your nearest service point.

All parcels are sent trackable and insured, we always check and package the item correctly that is sent from our warehouse. We cover the transport risk, i.e. that the goods are lost or damaged during transport from our warehouse to you. In the event of a return of goods, you are responsible for the transport risk.

When you receive your item, it is important that you inspect your package immediately. If the goods are damaged, this must be reported immediately to your delivery point or to the driver who delivers the package. In the event of shipping damage, a correct damage report must be made and you receive confirmation that your package is damaged from the shipping company, otherwise we cannot provide compensation for any damage to the shipment caused by the shipping company.

In the event of possible faulty packaging or if any product in your order has defects or errors despite an inspection by us, we will remedy this by replacing it free of charge.

COMPLAINTS

As a customer, you have the legal right to complain about your product if it is faulty according to the Consumer Purchase Act (1990:932). Complaints about goods must be made within a reasonable time from the time you discovered or should have discovered the fault, but within two months at the latest. The right to complain only covers original defects, i.e. defects that were present on the product when you, as a customer, received the product in your possession. Errors that occurred due to damage that you caused do not count as original errors, errors that occurred due to the customer's assembly of the product that did not take place in accordance with the assembly instructions are also counted.

All complaints are processed manually by us and should a product be faulty, we will find a solution together with you regarding your complaint application. You, as a customer, have the first and foremost right to have the error rectified. In some cases, you have the right to cancel the contract and get back what you paid.

Always report any complaints as soon as possible. Advertise a faulty item by contacting our customer support and we will get back to you with instructions. Save your receipt as it is required in the event of a complaint.

Pulka Panorama AB complies with the Consumer Purchase Act and, in the event of a dispute, will apply the General Complaints Board's recommendations.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All returns or exchanges of goods take place via our return form, which you will find with your order. Be sure to enter all requested information.

In the case of returns due to a wrong order or replacement of other products, you pay the shipping yourself. ATTENTION! Always send your return with a company package, otherwise we cannot receive your shipment. The item must be in new condition with the associated original undamaged packaging for us to be able to accept the return, open purchase is valid for 14 days after you receive the product.

When a return is made, you always receive an e-mail from us that we have received it and that it has been approved, as well as information regarding your refund, which always takes place via Klarna. (See Prices and payment for more info).

Should any information be missing, that something was damaged during shipping or if we cannot approve the return due to wear and tear on the returned items, you will always be contacted by our customer support.

RETURN POLICY

Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. If you want to use your right of withdrawal, this must be reported to us via our return form no later than 14 days after you have received the item or a substantial part of it. The item must be sent back to us in unchanged condition and you are responsible for the return shipping yourself. If the product is damaged or the seal is broken, you lose your right of withdrawal. ATTENTION! The shipment must be sent back to us with a company package.
When we have received the return of your item and it has been approved, you will receive an e-mail where you will also find information regarding your refund, which takes place via Klarna.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to specially ordered goods that have been manufactured according to the customer's instructions or that have otherwise been given a personal touch.

PRIVACY

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal data, no information is passed on, it is only used by Pulka Panorama AB. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, contact us by e-mail.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of an action or omission by an authority, new legislation, labor law conflict, war or threat of war, major disturbance of public order, sabotage, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, natural disaster, accident or other circumstance beyond Pulka Panorama AB's control and which Pulka Panorama AB does not could reasonably overcome or foresee, Pulka Panorama AB shall have the right to waive its obligations in this agreement. In the event of such an event, Pulka Panorama AB shall not be liable for damages incurred by the customer.

COOKIES

A cookie is a text file that is sent from a web page to your computer where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a small text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used to store login information and the contents of the shopping cart when you browse our website.
If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place an order on our site. You can easily change this under settings in your browser.
