Who we are
Despectus AB, Kyrkbyheden 2, 777 93 Söderbärke, Sweden, is the data controller for the processing of your personal data on www.pulkapanorama.com. You can reach us at info@pulkapanorama.com or +46 72 521 77 00.
What personal data we collect and why
Orders
When you order, we process your name, address, email address, phone number and details of your purchase. We need this information to fulfil the contract with you, for example for delivery, customer service and complaints. We also keep the records required by the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (bokföringslagen).
Payment
Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see your card details ourselves. The payment provider is an independent data controller for the processing it carries out, for example credit checks for invoice or instalment payments.
Contact
The contact form opens your own email program. When you send the email to us, we process the information you provide so that we can answer your question.
Cart
The contents of your cart are saved in your browser's local storage and are not sent to us until you place an order.
Embedded videos
The videos on the website come from YouTube. No video loads until you click on it, and YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode is then used. When the video plays, YouTube may collect data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Who we share your data with
We share data with the suppliers needed to complete your purchase, for example our payment provider, carriers and web hosting provider. We never sell your data.
How long we keep your data
Order details are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the contract and handle any complaints, and after that for as long as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act requires. Emails from you are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive the data you have provided to us. Contact us at info@pulkapanorama.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
